Ir. Hj. Azman bin Mansor

Graduated with B.Sc in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach USA in 1984, Ir Hj Azman started his career working as site engineer with a Class A contractor for KL (East) Transmission Line Project. The project was Joint Venture effort with Samsung Company Limited from Korea. Ir Azman then was appointed as a Project Manager for four mini hydro projects in Pahang and Kelantan for Lembaga Letrik Negara (1985-1987). Continuing on, Ir Azman was appointed as Project Engineer for a Rural Water Supply Scheme where the main contractor was Antah Biwater JV (1987-1988).

Having completed his construction journey, Ir Azman moved into Property Management where he was appointed as Project Manager for a property developer of a double storey housing project in Gombak (1988-1989). Not long, Ir. Azman moved into a Civil & Structural (C & S) Engineering Consultant firm as Design Engineer and was promoted to become the Associate Director for big projects such as TV3 HQ, International Broadcasting Center for Commonwealth Games and Istana Budaya (1990-2003). Finally, in 2004 he setup his own C & S consultancy firm as a sole proprietor before her started this company with his partner, Ir. Mohd Fariz Yusoff in 2013.

Ir. Mohd. Fariz Yusoff bin M. Zain

Graduated with Honours from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1998, Ir. Mohd Fariz Yusoff bin Mohd Zain started his career in Civil Engineering with a large Australian construction company in Sydney. He then came back to Malaysia and worked with the Monorail Project Kuala Lumpur in 1999 and has been in the Engineering and Construction Industry for the past 20 years. Within these years, Ir Fariz experienced being a Contractor, an Engineering Consultant (Building) and Property Developer. Ir Fariz also completed his studies in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. Six years later (2010), he registered as a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

Two years later (in 2012) , he decided to form his own Consulting Company namely MFY Engineering Consult ( www.mfyconsult.com ) and looked into inspecting building to jumpstart his career whilst pursuing design works in high-rise buildings. MFY also associates itself with other professional disciplines such as Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering to provide a complete service for building owners in terms of physical due diligence report according to the clients’ requirements.
